On Friday, November 12th, Firehouse 12's ongoing 2010 Fall Jazz Series will present a two-set performance by bassist/composer Dave Phillips and his longstanding quartet, Freedance. The New York-based group, which has performed together since 1993, features John O'Gallagher (alto saxophone), Rez Abbasi (guitar) and Tony Moreno (drums). This will be the final stop on its East Coast tour featuring all new material, which it will record the following day in Firehouse 12's state-of-the-art studio.
